GooseiQ was born after many coffees and much discussion. 

We were astonished at how so many businesses could get something so fundamental to their business so wrong.

The "Goose" reference is more than just the well used "fly in formation, lead from the front, succession planning, honking for encouragement" management stories.

The goose is not known to be one of the smartest animals. In fact being called a goose is sometimes used to call into question your intelligence. Yet there is something inherent in their making that allows them to be so admired for their approach to leadership, camaraderie and teamwork.

That's where the iQ comes in. A commonsense approach that inherently fits with business purpose and delivery.

We wanted to be able to reflect that it doesn't have to be fancy to be effective.
