Leadership Development is essential to the success of any individual or organisation.
While I have worked with a number of different leadership models, the greatest success I have seen comes from values based leadership. This approach is able to be applied at both a personal level (aligning an individuals own personal values with their leadership style) and at an organisational level (aligning the organisations values/DNA with the leadership development needed to be a successful leader).
A great place to start with any leadership development is by understanding how you as an individual (or your team as individuals) naturally operate. There are a number of tools that can be useful when looking at leadership development such as psychometrics, 360 feedback/engagement surveys, individual coaching, team disciplines and dynamics.
